Yvette Zoghby is a Co-Active coach, workshop facilitator, Insights Discovery practitioner, leadership development programme developer and business owner.

She has experience in human resources, leadership/people development, programme design and development, workshop facilitation and business / leadership coaching at all leadership levels.

I am relationship focused and committed to my clients reaching their full potential.  I have experience in business coaching that focuses on performance and behavioral shifts to maximize leadership impact and to improve people management awareness and capability.

Yvette’s facilitation and course development experience are in the areas of self-mastery, relationship management, human resource management, performance management, organisational development, training and development, coaching and team effectiveness.

Yvette is passionate in partnering with her clients to identify realistic goals, understand patterns in their current reality and together explore possible options to close gaps.

She has extensive experience in group coaching that is usually a means to ensure learning integration on leadership development programmes..

Yvette is also an Insights Discovery practitioner and uses this psychometric tool, if requested, to assist my clients in identifying their strengths and development areas.  This assists in the development of a coaching agreement where we map the aim of the coaching relationship, vision for coaching and state the specific coaching objectives.

Yvette is an accredited ICF coach and has a BA Industrial Psychology, an International Diploma in Teaching and Training and is a Discovery Insights Accreditation.

Yvette enjoys socialising with family and friends, gardening, creative art projects, reading, exercising (walking, running, gym) and making/selling olives (infused with herbs) for community markets.
