Michael Rubenstein

Michael Rubenstein – The Coaching Barista – has over twenty years experience in marketing and general business management. He is performed a variety of marketing leadership roles in blue-chip companies such as SABC, BankservAfrica, Centurion Systems and Baker & McKenzie.

Michael is an accomplished coach, writer, facilitator, public speaker and team motivator. He is also a qualified Barista, allowing him to showcase the alchemy of coffee making as a metaphor for personal transformation.

He is an NLP master practitioner and has had over ten years mentoring and coaching a variety of individuals and teams both on a personal and a business level.

He is an avid squash player, technology buff and intrepid explorer for knowledge and insights.

Michael counts amongst his achievements, the climbing of Mt. Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest mountain.

As an NLP coach, Michael is passionate about working with entrepreneurs, small businesses and corporate teams. His main area of focus is on relationships and helping individuals become the best version of themselves.

Michael has a BA Psychology degree, an honours in strategic marketing and is currently completing his masters degree. Michael also has a master NLP qualification and is an ILS coach.
