Gillian Schultz
Gillian Schultz is an Industrial Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in psychometric assessment, career guidance, and facilitation. She is passionate about designing experiences that support people in moving closer to careers that give them meaning and joy. A mom, an Industrial Psychologist, and business owner.
“I have been lucky enough in my career to experience the highs and lows of what it means to work and search for a career that makes you happy. I know how challenging an unhappy work life can be, and in my own confusion and indecision, I have developed a range of services that intend to help people of all ages gain the clarity and career fulfillment that I have found over the years“.
Gillian has a degree in Child Psychology and went on to complete an honours degree in General Psychology. After qualifying as a Psychometrist in 2006, she furthered her studies in Industrial Psychology and completed her MCom Industrial Psychology degree through the University of the North West. She has been in private practice since 2012.
Gillian is fascinated with how people discover the work that is right for them and thus fills her spare time with workshops, audiobooks and reading.

I find joy in applying my experience and knowledge of Psychometric assessments and career processes to assist people to make more informed decisions, as well as attain more purpose and satisfaction in their careers.”
